printf "Hello world of Running!!!";
My name is Nathaniel Garcia and I’m a runner and engineer. This blog is about my pursuit of running excellence up to the limits of my genetic abilities. I intend to do this by intelligently improving (I2) my health and fitness that should contribute to faster running times.
In a way, this is a running logbook, so it should be an rlog instead of blog. I’ll try to post only significant logs that aren’t boring. Maybe only new experiences in my running or events. I won’t be posting those “junk” easy miles. I hope to contribute in some ways to a beginning runner reading this, and/or maybe receive some contributions from veteran fast runners. Please feel free to comment in this site. Thanks for viewing.

So YOU’re the i2runner! Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging, Nats. Sayang, I wasn’t aware of the takbo.ph pictorial at the Oblation. I could have met you and the other active runners of ths group that Jinoe started. Tagal naming nagkwentuhan ni Rico, di niya nabanggit ang photo-ops sa Oblation! Nakalibre sana ako ng taho hehe . . .
Hope to see you Jan. 18 at the PSE BULL Run. Will be running my first 10K!
Good luck to your 2009 goals, Nats. With your intelligent approach combined with the necessary physical preparation, I’m sure you’ll end 2009 happy and proud.
A joyful and injury-free 2009 to all of us!

Ma’am Nora, are you related to the Golden Boy, Oscar Dela Hoya? Just kidding!
You’re right, blogging is wonderful. You can write anything and everything you’ve always wanted. The only problem I see is when I run too much, I get tired and I can’t blog much… Actually, I’ve seen you in the Animo Run because of your takbo.ph visor, but I was so exhausted by my 5K run (PR for 2008), that I failed to approach you. Anyway – you look so much younger in person, maybe it’s the “blushing” effect of after-running that makes your face really look younger. I really can’t believe it when I read your age in your blogs. Is it your special genes or lifestyle? What’s your secret, is it running?
Yes, we’ve had the crazy funny pics at the oblation. Yup, sarap ng taho ni Rico, actually gusto ko pa ng isa, nabitin ako, pero nakakahiya na. hehehe…..
Yup, see you in Jan18, me and my dad are also planning to run the PSE Bull Run – is this organized by the Bull Runner? Hahaha!
Have a joyful and injury free (running or fireworks related) to you and to your family this 2009!
Thanks for the compliment, Nats. Hayaan mo. Ililibre kita ng 2 taho when we meet hah hah . . .
Wow! You and your dad will be running together this Jan. 18? How about your mom, brothers and sisters? Hope to see you there. This time, do approach me OK?
Happy New Year Nats!
(P.S. My secret is no secret: I live by this principle: Ang problema, iniisip–hindi dinidibdib!)
