I’m truly a fan of the earth. I am just amazed with whatever national geographic features, and having a run for earth day would be my show of support for this noble cause. The price is just a little steep for the distances mentioned.
Hi Doc Marvs, Thank you for your kind comments. I’m also curious with what they would show us, how NatGeo could help solve the global crisis. Really an urgent noble cause.
However the race organizer seems to place a huge price tag on the race. The distances seems to feel shorter and shorter, while the prices seems to get higher and higher. I think this is the downside to our “Running Boom”, the demand is getting really high and people seem to want to race every week now. So we could be seeing race prices skyrocket even more in the future, like global temperature
Any idea how the “free limited edition NatGeo Earth Day Run technical shirt” looks like? Is it the reason for the steep reg fee?
Will be joining this event, see you all
